Three-Judge Panel Announced

We now have a panel of three judges from the Southern District Court of
Appeals.
They are the honorable:
John E. Parrish
Nancy Steffen Rahmeyer
and
Gary W. Lynch

These judges will issue a ruling based only on the three briefs submitted. The briefs are posted on our website, http://buehlerpark.org (legal documents)
There will be no oral arguments before the appelate court.
The issue before the Court of Appeals is whether the Circuit Court erred in dismissing our suit for lack of standing. The Court could also take up the issue of the dedication, if it chooses.
We could receive a ruling at any time.
